We always offer a 90-day right of return on all purchases on our webshop and also in our store.
This also applies to all Christmas gift purchases.

Shipping on all types of sneakers is basically free unless otherwise stated.
For other purchases where the total order value exceeds DKK 450. shipping is also free. For purchases with a total order value of less than DKK 450. shipping will be charged (typically DKK 29)
We always offer free exchanges on your sneakers. You can always exchange for another size, variant or even exchange for a completely different style.
You can easily print a return label on our RETURN PORTAL HERE , where you simply have to fill in the form before you can send your sneakers back.
It is free to exchange your sneakers. If you do not want to exchange, but have regretted your purchase and want the money refunded, you can create a return label on our RETURN PORTAL HERE
We offset the costs for return shipping of DKK 40. when the money is refunded.
*Regrets when purchasing certain sale items may be subject to extra shipping costs if free shipping was initially given as a discount, provided that the purchase is not cancelled. This appears on the individual product if this applies.
QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER
If your order has not been sent yet, you can cancel or change it by contacting our customer service. If you have ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange, please always simply use our Return Portal .
From the time you place your order with us, you have a 90-day right of return, during which we offer a free exchange. When returning the order, we reserve the right to deduct DKK 40. for the costs of the return shipment.
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. After which you can follow your order via the selected transport company's track and trace service.
We offer both package shop and private delivery. All ours
parcels are sent with GLS, BRING or INSTABOX, where you have the option to choose the parcel shop closest to your address.
Delivery to the parcel shop is always free when purchasing sneakers and usually takes 1-3 working days.
All orders received before 2pm on weekdays will typically be dispatched the same day (may vary during busy periods).
Orders received over the weekend will in some cases also be dispatched over the weekend, otherwise they will be dispatched on Monday.
You will automatically receive an email when we have received yours
return item. You will also receive an email when we start handling your return item.
After we receive your returned products, we must make sure they have not been used and the packaging is intact before we can handle the return order.
We endeavor to process all return orders within 24 hours of receipt.
If, contrary to expectations, your order is not delivered within 3 working days after the order has been dispatched, you must contact the selected carrier (GLS, BRING, INSTABOX) and report the package missing.

We offer a 90-day right of return, from the date of purchase on unused sneakers. You thus have 90 days to exchange or return your unused sneakers. If you e.g. have
worn your sneakers one day and then want to return them, so be it
not possible. In that case they will be considered used and therefore they are not
possible for us to sell them to others.
If you are in doubt about the size, we therefore always recommend that you try it on before use
them briefly at home inside so they don't get dirty.
As soon as we have received and checked the returned sneaker(s) in our warehouse, we will refund the money to your account. When paying by debit card, it will normally take 1-5 working days before you receive the money in your account.
OTHER QUESTIONS
Common to all our sneakers is high quality and extraordinary comfort. What separates our Classy sneakers from our Essential sneakers is that there is extra care for the details. The leather used for the upper of the sneaker comes from 100% traceable Danish premium leather.

If you have a discount code that enables you to get a discount on your order, this can be entered when you go to pay. If the discount code does not work as expected, please double check that you have added the correct products to the basket, which gives access to the given discount. If it still doesn't work, contact our customer service.

All our sneakers are produced in Portugal, where we are in close dialogue with several family-owned shoe manufacturers who produce our models. We ensure that
the quality is always top by testing the products, and all the time
further develop them. For us, the details make the big difference, and we are fully aware that you will think the same.
We endeavor to answer all inquiries as quickly as possible. Most often the same day or within 24 hours. In busy periods, however, it can take up to 48 hours for mail to arrive.
