2. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping on all types of sneakers is basically free unless otherwise stated.
For all other purchases where the total value exceeds DKK 450. shipping is also free. For purchases with a total value of less than DKK 450. shipping will be charged.

Errant ApS aims to ship all orders received before 15 the same day, orders are then sent the next working day. We ship to all of Denmark with Bring or GLS. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact customer service. Goods are delivered every working day of the week, and your order will typically be delivered 1-3 working days after ordering. For certain products special delivery conditions apply. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.

If you are not at home at the time of receipt for home delivery, your package will instead be delivered to the nearest parcel shop, unless you have a power of attorney with the relevant delivery company. This power of attorney is an agreement between the customer and the delivery company, which gives them permission to deliver the package and does nothing for ERRANT.

3. Changes or cancellation of your order
Once your order has been placed, you can change it by contacting us at kundeservice@errant.dk. If the order has not been sent, we can help you make the changes you want.

If your order has already been shipped, you still have 14 days to cancel your order. Please see below for more information on the right to cancel.

Without being bound to compensate or otherwise cover expenses, we have the right to cancel your order in the following situations:
- if an unforeseen error occurs (e.g. payment error)
- if your payment information cannot be verified or if the information is incorrect,
- if we suspect that your order has been placed in bad faith or in relation to criminal activities

We will do everything we can to keep you updated throughout the process, as well as notify you before we cancel your order due to one of the above cases. If your order is cancelled, we will of course refund payment without incur additional costs.

4. Prices and payment
At Errant ApS, we reserve the right for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change the prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items. All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT, but excluding any shipping costs.

The total price you accept when you place an order is the amount that will be deducted from your bank account. We do not deduct the amount until we have processed and dispatched your order.

*If it is a pre-order product, Errant ApS reserves the right to withdraw the money before the product is processed and shipped.

*If payment is made through Anyday, Errant ApS reserves the right to withdraw the money before the product is processed and shipped.

The communication between you and our payment system is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Our payment system is handled by Clearhaus/Quickpay, who are the only ones with access to your payment data.

We accept payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Bank transfer.

We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.

When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. You will then pay your monthly benefit on the last working day from the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will end automatically.

5. Return
If you would like to cancel your purchase after you have received the item, you must send it back to us before the 90 day period expires. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item. If you use our return label via our return portal, it costs DKK 40, which will be offset when the money is refunded. *Return policy for sale items: Certain sale items are excluded. A 14-day return is offered here. This appears on the individual product if this applies. Reversal when purchasing certain sale items may be subject to additional shipping costs if free shipping has been given in the first place as a discount, provided the purchase is not cancelled. This applies to all sale products with a value below DKK 450, where free shipping is offered. This appears on the individual product if this applies. Costs in such a case will be DKK 80.
All women's sneakers purchased on offer from 1/11-2023 onwards are basically subject to the return policy for sale items unless otherwise stated.

The above terms apply as of 3.1.2023.

You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of the goods' delivery, and you are also responsible for the goods being properly packed. Remember to get a receipt for handing in the package.

Once we have received the returned goods and checked that they meet the conditions for cancellation, we will refund the money for your purchase less any shipping costs incurred. We reserve the right to refund a lower amount than the purchase price if we do not believe the product is salable as new anymore. Having walked in the shoe more than just trying it on, trying the shoes on outside or breaking the packaging of other products does not make them salable as new anymore. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be credited. If we find that your right to cancel cannot be met, we will contact you by email.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

6. Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. You must advertise within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the error or deficiency has been identified. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Complaints must be made to kundeservice@errant.dk or by calling +45 30 20 96 95. Errant ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Please note that the above right to claim defects may expire before 2 years after you have purchased the product if the product is not made to last at least 2 years or if it has been used outside of normal use.

Disclosure of errors and defects only applies to products that fall under definitions for such under Danish law. For more see www.forbrug.dk.

7. Refund
If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

8. Right of withdrawal
There is a 90-day right of return on goods purchased in our webshop and stores.
The period is calculated from the day you place the order either on the webshop or in store.

For pre-orders, your right of return applies from:
- receipt of the order.
- that you get the last product in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for several different products, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
- gets physical possession of the last lot, or last part, when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
- takes physical possession of the first item in the case of regular delivery of items over a specified period.

You must cover the return costs yourself if you do not use our return label, which costs DKK 40.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 90 days after the purchase and within the same period of 90 days the return order must be sent. The notification must be given via our Return Portal or by email at kundeservice@errant.dk. In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you want to send the item back to us, you must send the item to:

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving clear notice of this. The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods which have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
- Sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Items where the seal is broken.
- Performed non-financial services, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service has been fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content, which is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
- Agreements concluded at public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

9. Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the product without actually using it.

10. Repayment
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs resulting from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date where we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

11. Reasons for complaints
All inquiries regarding complaints must be made via email to kundeservice@errant.dk or by calling +45 30 20 96 95. In most cases, we need to see pictures of the problem you have experienced with your sneakers, and reserve the right the right to return products in order to better identify the cause of the problems.

It should also be mentioned that contamination from sneakers with brown suede lining can occur if the shoes get very wet or if your feet get very hot. It is not unusual for this type of lining to have excess colour, which in some cases can rub off on socks. It will be stated in the relevant product's description if contamination may occur. 12. Privacy policy and cookies
We understand and respect the importance of your privacy on the Internet, and we will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction and consent has been given. Errant ApS will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your consent, which you can read more about in our personal data and cookie policy here .

13. Discounts

It is not possible to use discounts (discount codes) on products that are otherwise on offer.

14. Other information
You can find information about your previous orders by logging into your profile (see at the top of the website). If you do not have a user, you must create one for your email.

We recommend that you check your order before placing it. Before placing your order, it is still possible to correct the information you have given us such as billing and delivery address. After placing your order, you will receive a receipt which is a summary of your order.

We save your order and order confirmation so that you can receive a copy at any time and by contacting us.
