2. Delivery and shipping
Shipping on all types of sneakers is generally free unless otherwise stated.
For all other purchases where the total value exceeds 450 DKK, shipping is also free. For purchases with a total value below 450 DKK, shipping will be charged.
Errant ApS strives to ship all orders received before 3 p.m. the same day, orders thereafter will be shipped the following business day. We ship to all of Denmark with Bring or GLS. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact customer service. Goods are delivered every weekday, and your order will typically be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering. For certain products Special delivery terms apply. The terms will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.
If you are not at home at the time of receipt for home delivery, your package will instead be delivered to the nearest parcel shop, unless you have a power of attorney with the delivery company in question. This power of attorney is an agreement between the customer and the delivery company, which gives them permission to leave the package and is not something ERRANT handles.

3. Changes or cancellation of your order
Once your order has been placed, you can change it by contacting us at kundeservice@errant.dk. If the order has not been sent, we can help you make the changes you want.
If your order has already been shipped, you still have 14 days to cancel your order. Please see below for more information about the right to cancel.
Without being obliged to compensate or otherwise cover expenses, we have the right to cancel your order in the following situations:
- if an unforeseen error occurs (e.g. payment error)
- if your payment information cannot be verified or if the information is incorrect,
- if we suspect that your order has been placed in bad faith or in relation to criminal activities
We will do everything we can to keep you updated throughout the process, and to notify you before we cancel your order due to any of the above. If your order is canceled, we will of course refund your payment without incur additional costs.
4. Prices and payment
At Errant ApS we reserve the right to make any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. We reserve the right to sell out items. All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT, but excluding any shipping costs.

The total price you agree to when you place an order is the amount that will be debited from your bank account. We do not debit the amount until we have processed and shipped your order.

The communication between you and our payment system is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Our payment system is handled by Clearhaus/Quickpay, who are the only ones with access to your payment data.
We accept payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Bank transfer.
We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment will be deducted when the item is shipped. After that, you will pay your monthly payment on the last business day of the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be charged on your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will automatically terminate.
5. Returns
If you would like to cancel your purchase after you have received the item, you must return it to us before the 90-day period expires. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. If you use our return label via our return portal, it costs DKK 40, which is offset when the money is refunded. You can find the return portal here: www.errant.dk/pages/retur
*Return policy for sale items: Certain sale items are exempt. Here a 14-day return is offered. This is stated on the individual product if applicable. Cancellation of purchases of certain sale items may be subject to additional shipping costs if free shipping was initially given as a discount, provided that the purchase is not canceled. This applies to all sale products with a value of less than 450 kr., where free shipping is offered. This is stated on the individual product if applicable. Costs in such a case will be 80 kr.
All women's sneakers purchased on sale from November 1, 2023 and thereafter are generally subject to the return policy for sale items unless otherwise stated.
The above terms are valid as of 3.1.2023.
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery, and you are also responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. Remember to get a receipt for handing in the package.
Once we have received the returned goods and have checked that they meet the conditions for cancellation, we will refund the money for your purchase minus any shipping costs incurred. We reserve the right to refund an amount lower than the purchase price if we do not believe the product is no longer saleable as new. Having worn the shoe more than just trying it on, trying the shoes outside or breaking the packaging on other products makes them no longer saleable as new. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks before your refund is credited. It may also take up to 2 weeks before your exchange is processed. If we find that your right to cancel cannot be met, we will contact you via email.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
6. Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act. You must make a complaint within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the fault or defect has been discovered. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the product repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Complaints must be made to kundeservice@errant.dk or by calling +45 30 20 96 95. Errant ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
Please note that the above right to claim defects may expire before 2 years after you have purchased the product if the product is not made to last at least 2 years or if it has been used outside of ordinary use.
Claims for defects only apply to products that fall under the definitions of such under Danish law. For more information, see www.forbrug.dk.

7. Refund
If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
8. Right of withdrawal
There is a 90-day right of return on items purchased in our webshop and stores.
The period is calculated from the day you place the order either on the webshop or in store.
For pre-orders, your right of return applies from:
- receipt of the order.
- that you receive the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
- receives the last batch or last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- obtains the first physical possession of the goods in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period.
You must pay return costs yourself unless you use our return label, which costs 40 kr.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 90 days after purchase and within the same period of 90 days the return order must be sent. The notification must be given via our Return Portal or by email at kundeservice@errant.dk. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. If you wish to return the item to us, you must send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this. The following types of goods are not included in the right of cancellation:
- Goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a clearly personal touch.
- Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods that, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Non-financial services provided, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
- Agreements concluded at public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
9. Condition of the goods upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them on in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase price back, you must therefore test the item without actually using it.
10. Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
11. Reasons for complaints
All inquiries regarding complaints must be made via email to kundeservice@errant.dk or by calling +45 30 20 96 95. In most cases, we need to see pictures of the problem you have experienced with your sneakers, and reserve the right to take products back to better identify the cause of the problems.
It should also be mentioned that staining from sneakers with brown suede linings can occur if the shoes get very wet or if your feet get very warm. It is not unusual for this type of lining to have excess color, which in some cases can stain socks. It will be stated in the product description if staining can occur. 12. Privacy Policy and Cookies
We understand and respect the importance of your privacy on the internet, and we will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction and consent has been given. Errant ApS will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your consent, which you can read more about in our privacy and cookie policy here .
13. Discounts
It is not possible to use discounts (discount codes) on products that are otherwise on sale.
14. Other information
You can find information about your previous orders by logging into your profile (see top of the website). If you do not have a user account, you must create one for your email.
We recommend that you check your order before placing it. Before placing your order, it is still possible to correct the information you have provided to us, such as billing and delivery address. After placing your order, you will receive a receipt, which is a summary of your order.
We store your order and order confirmation so that you can receive a copy at any time by contacting us.

For gift cards, we refer to legislation for electronic gift cards.
If a product was purchased with a gift card and a refund is requested, the customer will receive a new gift card or a credit certificate.
