Chunky sneakers have become very popular for women in Denmark. Both those that are more reminiscent of running shoes, but also classic sneakers . They first came out in the 1980s, which is why they have a distinctly retro look. However, they have become a new idea after Balenciaga and Yeezy's came out in 2017 with their chunky styles, it almost blew up. Suddenly there were a lot of brands making chunky sneakers and ladies wearing chunky sneakers.  

A pair of chunky sneakers for women is perfect if you want to make a casual outfit more trendy. If you are in doubt about how to match chunky sneakers to your outfit, if you are wearing long trousers, make sure they are not skinny or tight fit. The fashion right now is to wear wide trousers, together with your chunky sneakers. Having said that, they also look really good with a dress or skirt.  

Perhaps you have already seen that we do not have any chunky sneakers in our collection. But you haven't gone completely wrong, as it's a sneaker that we really want to make (and maybe are already working on 😉). However, it is not always easy to design a new sneaker, you end up becoming self-critical. We will not deliver a half-finished sneaker or one that we are not satisfied with. That's why it takes time to perfect our chunky sneakers.

There are some chunky sneakers that are absolutely wild in color and you don't even know what to look at. They are clearly also cool, but it is more of a "statement". I can already say now that the Errant chunky sneakers are not going to be like that, but more like what we already have. However, they will of course be reimagined and will not be similar to anything we already have. It will be a completely new style, so you can only rejoice.
